Let's go to Mizuna Island (Minna-jima)!Mizuna Island is a 15-minute high-speed boat ride from Watakuchi Port in Motobu Town in northern Okinawa,Tokuchi Port is about 8 minutes by car from Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium.
Also known as "Croissant Island," many people enjoy snorkeling and swimming, even for small children and beginners, as they can look under the sea and see schools of colorful tropical fish.
Boat snorkeling
From the harbor, board a boat and take the boat to the snorkeling point. After arriving at the point, you will be briefed by the instructor or captain before entering the water.
The waters of Mizuna Island are known as "Minna Blue" and are among the clearest in Okinawa. If you are lucky, you can even see sea turtles and swim with them!

About the clothes
(There is a changing room on the island, so you can change there, but it will be smoother if you wear your swimsuit under your clothes beforehand.)

*Meeting time is strictly enforced (30 minutes prior to the departure time selected at the time of reservation). If you miss the departure time, the tour will be cancelled.
*Please be sure to select a round-trip time when you make a reservation for the high-speed boat due to seating limitations. If you do not choose a specific flight, we are sorry to say that we may not be able to meet your requested time.

Q. Is there parking available at the meeting place?
Yes, free parking is available in Watakuchi Port, the meeting place.
If the area around the high-speed boat waiting area (red-tiled building) is full, we ask that you park in an open area in the harbor or a short distance away.
Q. Is there a restroom at the meeting place?There is one in the store (for both men and women) and another for men and women in the waiting area of the high-speed boat.
Q. What time will the meeting place be?Please be at the store 30 minutes prior to the departure time of the outbound trip selected at the time of reservation.Q. Are there showers, changing rooms, toilets, coin lockers, rest rooms, etc. on Mizuna Island?There is a charge for one shower (100 yen/90 seconds), and fresh water is the only water available. There are seven separate showers for men and women, but they are crowded during peak season, so please use them early to avoid missing the high-speed boat on your return trip.
Separate toilets for men and women are located next to the shower rooms and at the waiting area for high-speed boat passengers. Coin-operated lockers are available next to the shower rooms for 500 yen for large lockers (60 rooms) and 300 yen for small lockers (48 rooms).
There is no rest room, but there is a waiting area on the high-speed boat where you can shelter from the wind, rain, and sun.
Q. Is there a place to have lunch on Mizuna Island?There are three beach houses located up the hill from the beach where you can eat and drink (Okinawa soba, curry rice, taco rice, yakisoba, taco curry, alcohol, shaved ice, etc.).
Note: Before peak season, the menu may be small, so you can bring your own food (you will be responsible for taking home your own garbage).
Cup noodles, snacks, etc. are also available at the store adjacent to the shower room.
Vending machines are also available at two locations: the high-speed boat boarding waiting area and the kiosk.
Q. Do you have rental equipment such as parasols, floats, underwater glasses, etc.?There is a rental counter for your guide on the beach.Please use the reception desk there. Customers who apply for this plan will receive 20% of all items from the regular price as a special offer.OFF. Q. Is there an inflator for inflating floats, etc. on Mizuna Island?There is a compressor next to the shower room (in the room with coin lockers, etc.) for a fee (100 yen).Q. Q. Can people who do not participate in snorkeling ride on the boat with me?Boat capacity is limited, so non-participants will not be allowed on board. Please note that we have a limited number of boats available and will not accept non-participants on board.Q.
