Q. Can I participate in activities on the day of check-out?

Of course you can! After checking out, please come to the meeting place dressed in clothes ready for the activity. Please leave your unneeded luggage in the coin locker at Naha Airport or at your hotel. (Depending on the plan, some tours may allow you to leave your luggage at the airport. (Please consult with us in advance about transportation to and from your hotel, etc.).

  1. In principle, we will contact those who have completed their reservations the day before or in advance by e-mail or phone (pick-up location and time, shoe size, etc.) for confirmation.
    *Please note that there may be no advance notice for some plans or reservations made the day before or the day of the tour.
  2. Please follow the guidance and instructions of the nature guide during the tour.
    Many of the activities involve nature and can be dangerous at times. Our nature guides will take care of your safety, and we ask that you follow their instructions during the tour.
  3. Please stay within sight of the nature guide during the tour.
    We will do our utmost to ensure your safety to make your trip as enjoyable as possible. Please be sure to stay close to your nature guide.
  4. Tours may be cancelled or the course and time may be changed due to weather conditions, field conditions, or other problems.
  5. If you feel unwell before or during the tour, please be sure to inform your Nature Guide.
  6. Please refrain from drinking alcohol before participating in the tour or during lunch. We reserve the right to refuse tours to those who have been drinking, even on the day of the tour.
  7. For safety reasons, we generally do not allow pregnant women or those showing signs of pregnancy to participate. (Some courses may be open to such people, so please consult with us in advance.)
  8. Please take care of your valuables by yourself.
    Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to valuables.

Cancellation Charges

  1. Cancellation Policy
    The following cancellation policy will apply from 7 days prior to the participation date
    7 to 2 days prior: flat rate of 2,000 yen/pair
    Cancellation on the day before or the day of the tour: 100% of the tour fee
    *Some plans may have different cancellation policies from those listed above. Please check each plan page for details.
  2. Cases not covered by the cancellation policy
    No cancellation fee will be charged if you are unable to join the tour due to force majeure, such as cancellation of the tour due to bad weather or flight cancellation.
    (Example.)
    Flights were cancelled due to an approaching typhoon.
    ➡If a flight is determined to be cancelled, it will be cancelled without charge.
    *You may be asked to show proof of aircraft cancellation.
    Flights are likely to be cancelled due to an approaching typhoon.
    ➡If the flight cancellation has not been confirmed, cancellation fees may apply.
    The trip was cancelled because the weather looked bad.

    If there are concerns about inclement weather, the guide in charge will contact you to let you know whether or not the tour will be held. Please understand that the decision will be made the day before or the morning of the day of the tour.

    If you wish to cancel, please contact us on our official line with the following information.

Criteria for tour cancellation

  • When weather warnings are in effect or expected.
  • If there is thunder.
  • When waterfalls and rivers are expected to rise due to heavy or long rains up to the previous day.
  • When the activity is deemed unsafe due to strong winds.
  • Wave height of 2.5M or higher (for activities out to sea).
  • When a frontal passage is expected.
  • The participant does not follow the instructions of the guide.
  • If the guide is not feeling well.
