Parasailing precautions

*Participation by those who have consumed alcohol, have a hangover, or are unwell on the day of the event is strictly prohibited.

*Subject to cancellation or change due to sea/weather conditions. (Children and persons over 65 years old may not be allowed to participate depending on the conditions of the day.)

*Please note that the time required may vary depending on the weather and sea conditions on the day of the tour and the number of participants.

*For safety reasons, the captain will determine the number of passengers to be accommodated by the captain based on the wind and waves of the day and the weight of the passengers.
We will try our best to coordinate flights with other guests in the same group, but if we are unable to do so, you will be sharing the flight with other guests or staff members.

*Participants must be at least 4 years old and in good health. Pregnant women and those with serious medical conditions are not allowed to participate.

*Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (minors "under 18" only require the consent of a parent or guardian).

*If you are prone to motion sickness, it is recommended that you take the dose 30 minutes before departure time.

*For safety reasons, you must wear a life jacket while participating.

*When participating in the tour, you are only allowed to bring the minimum necessary items (waterproof camera and a "plastic bottle" of drinking water) to the ship.

*For those who only wish to board the parasailing boat, the boarding fee will be 3,000 yen per person.
However, due to the priority given to those who attend, we will decline the offer if we are unable to secure seats.

*If the tour is cancelled on the day of crossing to Mizuna Island due to sudden rain or worsening sea conditions, the swimming tour fee will be charged.

*Cancellation by the customer on the day of the tour will result in a 100% charge of the tour fee.

*Reservations can only be made on a request basis and cannot be set up for immediate reservations to prevent overbooking.

*Age and weight information for all participants is required at the time of reservation, so please be sure to provide this information at the time of reservation.

Q. Is there parking available at the meeting place?

Yes, free parking is available in Watakuchi Port, the meeting place.

If the area around the high-speed boat waiting area (red-tiled building) is full, we ask that you park in an open area in the harbor or a short distance away.

Q. Is there a restroom at the meeting place?

There is one in the store (for both men and women) and another for men and women in the waiting area of the high-speed boat.

Q. What time will the meeting place be?

Please be at the store 30 minutes prior to the departure time of the outbound trip selected at the time of reservation.

Q. Are there showers, changing rooms, toilets, coin lockers, rest rooms, etc. on Mizuna Island?

There is a charge for one shower (100 yen/90 seconds), and fresh water is the only water available. There are seven separate showers for men and women, but they are crowded during peak season, so please use them early to avoid missing the high-speed boat on your return trip.

Separate toilets for men and women are located next to the shower rooms and at the waiting area for high-speed boat passengers. Coin-operated lockers are available next to the shower rooms for 500 yen for large lockers (60 rooms) and 300 yen for small lockers (48 rooms).

There is no rest room, but there is a waiting area on the high-speed boat where you can shelter from the wind, rain, and sun.

Q. Is there a place to have lunch on Mizuna Island?

There are three beach houses located up the hill from the beach where you can eat and drink (Okinawa soba, curry rice, taco rice, yakisoba, taco curry, alcohol, shaved ice, etc.).

Note: Before peak season, the menu may be small, so you can bring your own food (you will be responsible for taking home your own garbage).

Cup noodles, snacks, etc. are also available at the store adjacent to the shower room.

Vending machines are also available at two locations: the high-speed boat boarding waiting area and the kiosk.

Q. Do you have rental equipment such as parasols, floats, underwater glasses, etc.?

There is a rental counter for your guide on the beach.Please use the reception desk there.

Q. Is there an inflator for inflating floats, etc. on Mizuna Island?

There is a compressor next to the shower room (in the room with coin lockers, etc.) for a fee (100 yen).

Q. Do I need to wear or bring anything to participate?

Dress is casual, but during the peak season (July 20-September 20), we recommend that you wear a swimsuit under your clothes beforehand.

Q. What are the snorkeling spots like?

Offshore reefs (coral reef landforms) are rich in coral reefs, and many fish can be seen.

On days when the sea conditions are calm, you can clearly see the bottom of the ocean about 20 meters below the surface. If you are lucky, you can even see sea turtles.

Q. Can people who do not participate in snorkeling ride on the boat with me?

Boat capacity is limited, so non-participants will not be allowed on board. Please note that we have a limited number of boats available and will not accept non-participants on board.
