*Hair dryers are not provided. We do not have hair dryers available, nor do we rent them out.
*The event will be cancelled in the event of heavy rain, flooding, strong wind/storm warnings, or other safety concerns. No cancellation fee will be charged in case of typhoon or bad weather.

*No cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a ferry cancellation or failure to board due to over capacity.
*We can change the date and time depending on the availability of your reservation.
*In the unlikely event that you are unable to board your scheduled ship, you may still come on the next ship as long as you adjust your travel schedule.
*In case of cancellation, no cancellation fee will be charged as long as you contact us by 8:30-9:30 a.m. on the day of the tour (arrival time of the boat at Iejima Port).
