Q. What should I wear and bring when I go parasailing?

Please wear T-shirts, shorts, and other clothing that is comfortable to move in even if it gets wet. You do not need to wear a bathing suit to participate.
Since the boat is slippery, flip-flops or sneakers are recommended. Sunscreen, bath towels, and sunglasses are useful.

Q. Can I participate while wearing glasses?

If parasailing while wearing spectacles, a spectacle fastening band for sports use is recommended.

Q. Can I take pictures while parasailing?

In most cases, it is possible to bring a camera or cell phone, but you will be responsible for any falls into the sea.

Q. What happens if the weather is bad? Will I get seasick?

The event will be held even if it rains a little, as long as the wind and waves are calm. However, in case of strong winds or high waves, the event will be cancelled for safety reasons.
Also, because of the time spent waiting on the ship, those who are worried about motion sickness are recommended to take "anti-sickness medicine" in advance.

Basically, the boat is designed for two or three persons, but the captain will decide at his/her discretion after checking the strength of the wind and the total weight of the guests on the day. *If the weight exceeds the allowable weight or is too light, the experience may be conducted with one or four passengers.

Children as young as 4 years old can participate in parasailing.

Last time, we spent our time on the main island, but this time we chose this itinerary that takes us to Minna Island, which is renowned for its beauty. The ride on the new boat was very comfortable, with minimal rocking, which made me feel at ease. Parasailing around Sesoko Island offered even more breathtaking views than I could have imagined, and the sight of Okinawa’s beautiful ocean from above will be a memory I’ll cherish for a lifetime. Even though I was there alone, the staff were so friendly and chatted with me, so I didn’t feel lonely at all! The silence I felt when I was floating in the sky by myself during parasailing, along with the blue ocean spreading out below me, created an incredibly immersive experience. It was also great to have a parasail and be able to take it easy at my own pace.

It’s very efficient that they can arrange everything—from transportation to the remote islands to parasailing—all in one place. The view from above was spectacular, and since parasols were provided, we were able to relax and take our time. However, since the package didn’t include lunch, we did have to deal with a bit of a crowd when eating at the local restaurant, so that’s something to keep in mind.
