Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about parasailing tours

Q. What should I wear and bring when I go parasailing?
Please wear T-shirts, shorts, and other clothing that is comfortable to move in even if it gets wet. You do not need to wear a bathing suit to participate.
Since the boat is slippery, flip-flops or sneakers are recommended. Sunscreen, bath towels, and sunglasses are useful.
Q. Can I participate while wearing glasses?
If parasailing while wearing spectacles, a spectacle fastening band for sports use is recommended.
Q. Can I take pictures while parasailing?
In most cases, it is possible to bring a camera or cell phone, but you will be responsible for any falls into the sea.
Q. What happens if the weather is bad? Will I get seasick?
The event will be held even if it rains a little, as long as the wind and waves are calm. However, in case of strong winds or high waves, the event will be cancelled for safety reasons.
Also, because of the time spent waiting on the ship, those who are worried about motion sickness are recommended to take "anti-sickness medicine" in advance.
Q. How many people can go parasailing on Mizuna Island?
Basically, the boat is designed for two or three persons, but the captain will decide at his/her discretion after checking the strength of the wind and the total weight of the guests on the day. *If the weight exceeds the allowable weight or is too light, the experience may be conducted with one or four passengers.
Q. How old do children have to be to participate? Is it okay if they can't swim?
Children as young as 4 years old can participate in parasailing.
Because the boat takes off and lands on top of the ship, there is no entry into the ocean, so even those who cannot swim or are afraid of heights can enjoy the ride with peace of mind. The boat is as stable as a trapeze in the air and is safe because a harness and life jacket are worn.
