You will not be immersed in water, but you may get wet from splashing. Wearing clothes that can get wet (bathing suit or quick-drying clothes) is recommended. Please wear sandals or marine shoes and bring a towel and change of clothes. A hat and a light jacket are recommended for windy days.

If parasailing while wearing spectacles, a spectacle fastening band for sports use is recommended.

In most cases, it is possible to bring a camera or cell phone, but you will be responsible for any falls into the sea.

Q. What is included in the fee? Are there any additional fees?

Basically, the experience fee, safety equipment (life jackets, etc.), and insurance are included. Optional fees may be charged for photography and GoPro rental.

Q. Can I participate even if I can't swim?

Yes, even those who cannot swim can participate. Even those who are not comfortable in the water can participate in this experience, as life jackets are worn and the boat basically takes off and lands on the water without entering the water.

Q. What happens if the weather is bad?

I travel to Okinawa 3-4 times a year and have stayed in the northern part of the island for the past several times. Since we are in the northern part of the island, we decided to visit Mizuna Island! So I decided to go to Mizuna Island and booked an activity at Mermaid. The staff and instructors were very friendly and helpful. The staff and instructors were very kind and always had a smile on their faces. I was able to fully enjoy myself. I appreciated the explanation of parasailing in the hot weather while sweating profusely. During snorkeling and parasailing, we were able to see sea turtles twice. We are very lucky. The lunch, curry rice and taco rice at the beach were excellent. I am planning to visit Okinawa again soon, so I will book another activity for my next visit. The heat is still very hot in Okinawa, so please take care of yourself and the staff so that you don't get sick.
