水納島灯台は島の東の端にある灯台で、水納島の周辺を運航している船にとって大変重要な役割があります。
水納島灯台は普段は一般公開されておらず、周囲はフェンスで囲われているので近寄ることができません。
この灯台は、1972年に水納島と瀬底島の間を運航している船に信号を送るために設置されました。白いタイルが貼られたきれいな灯台は高さが13ｍもあり、白い光を3秒ごとに1回照らしています。
港から島の集落から東への道を電線沿いに歩いて、15分ほどの場所にあります。
