*The tour will take place even if it rains.

*If we determine that ensuring safety is difficult, the event may be canceled even after your reservation has been confirmed.

*Due to sudden changes in weather or sea conditions, the location may be changed or the tour may be canceled at short notice.

*We will contact you promptly in the event of a cancellation; however, regarding changes to points, we generally do not provide advance notice due to past instances of unauthorized cancellations.

*A cancellation fee will apply even if you cancel due to personal reasons (such as being late or feeling unwell) or to change your points.

*A cancellation fee will apply even if you decide not to participate on your own initiative, despite the fact that we have not notified you of any cancellation.

*We will not charge a cancellation fee for cancellations due to flight cancellations caused by natural disasters such as typhoons or due to significantly deteriorating sea conditions. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you by 8:00 a.m. on the day of the trip.

・Individuals with a history of or currently suffering from cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, pregnancy, ear or nose conditions, epilepsy, etc.
・Individuals with pre-existing conditions other than those listed above or who are taking medication on a regular basis
・Anyone who has been drinking on the day of the event or is hungover
・Since people aged 60 and older face a higher risk when entering the water, please indicate whether you have any pre-existing medical conditions or are taking any medication when making your reservation.
