*If you have any medical history, abnormality, or discomfort in your ear, nose, respiratory system, heart, or blood pressure system, please bring a doctor's diagnosis in advance.
*If you would like to order a mask with prescription (underwater glasses), please indicate so in the remarks column when you register. Please note that we may not be able to meet your expectations due to the limited number of masks available.
